These Terms are written for students and parents in plain language. By using The StudyVerse, you agree to use it responsibly, understand that study roadmaps are guidance, and make final academic decisions with your own judgement, teachers, and guardians.
A. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to The StudyVerse. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website, Study GPS, study tools, resources, feedback forms, and related features.
When you access or use StudyVerse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. If you are a student under 18, please read these Terms with a parent or lawful guardian.
B. What StudyVerse Is
StudyVerse is a student-focused platform that helps learners organize exam preparation. It may provide study roadmaps, task lists, resource suggestions, progress views, feedback tools, and related educational support.
StudyVerse is designed to help students plan better, revise consistently, and make exam preparation feel more manageable. It is not meant to replace school, teachers, textbooks, or personal effort.
C. What StudyVerse Is Not
StudyVerse does not guarantee marks, ranks, exam outcomes, admission results, or academic success. We do not claim to be an official school, board, coaching institute, examination authority, CBSE, NCERT, or government body unless clearly stated on a specific page.
StudyVerse is not professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. If you are feeling extreme stress or distress, please speak to a trusted adult, teacher, counselor, or local emergency support service.
D. Eligibility and Guardian Permission
StudyVerse is built for students, including school students who may be under 18. If you are under 18, you should use StudyVerse with permission from your parent or lawful guardian.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to review StudyVerse, the Privacy Policy, and any account settings with the student. A parent or guardian may contact us if they have questions about a student's use of the platform.
E. Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens through your account. Please use a real email address that you are allowed to use, keep your password secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been misused.
Do not share another person's account, pretend to be someone else, or use StudyVerse in a way that harms another student, parent, teacher, or user.
F. AI Roadmap Disclaimer
Some StudyVerse features may use AI to generate study plans, task sequences, revision priorities, or resource suggestions. AI output can be helpful, but it can also be incomplete, incorrect, too general, or unsuitable for your exact exam situation.
You should review every roadmap before following it. Use your school timetable, teacher instructions, textbook, syllabus, and your own judgement to decide what to study. AI-generated roadmaps are guidance, not a guarantee and not an instruction you must follow blindly.
G. Student and Parent Responsibility
Students are responsible for deciding how much they can realistically study, taking breaks, sleeping properly, and asking for help when needed. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising younger students and supporting healthy study habits.
StudyVerse can suggest a plan, but students and families remain responsible for academic choices, exam preparation, time management, device use, and wellbeing.
H. Resources and External Links
StudyVerse may show links to YouTube videos, public educational pages, sample paper resources, textbooks, or other third-party material. These links are provided to make studying easier, but we do not own or control most external resources.
External content can change, disappear, become inaccurate, or include ads and recommendations that are outside StudyVerse's control. Please use trusted textbooks, school notes, and teacher-recommended resources as your main source of truth.
If a task does not yet have a verified resource, StudyVerse may show: No verified resource is available for this task yet. Please use your own textbook, notes, or trusted teacher-recommended resources for now while we improve this part.
I. Beta Features
StudyVerse may include beta or experimental features. These features may change, pause, fail, or be removed while we improve the platform. Beta features may not always be complete or perfectly accurate.
Please treat beta outputs as early guidance and report issues through feedback when something feels confusing, missing, or incorrect.
J. Feedback
You may send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or testimonials. By sending feedback, you allow StudyVerse to use it to improve the platform, fix problems, and understand what students need.
Please do not include private personal information in feedback. We may summarize feedback internally and may show anonymized or permission-based testimonials publicly.
K. Acceptable Use
Please use StudyVerse respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:
- Use StudyVerse to cheat, impersonate others, harass anyone, or upload harmful content.
- Try to break, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform or its backend services.
- Enter another person's private information without permission.
- Upload copyrighted material unless you own it or have permission to share it.
- Use StudyVerse for commercial resale or automated mass use without written permission.
L. Intellectual Property
The StudyVerse name, design, original pages, Study GPS experience, written copy, interface, and original platform content belong to StudyVerse unless stated otherwise. You may use the platform for personal educational purposes.
You may not copy, sell, republish, or claim StudyVerse content or design as your own. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used incorrectly, contact us and we will review it.
M. Availability
We try to keep StudyVerse available and useful, but we cannot promise that it will always work without interruptions, bugs, delays, data loss, or downtime. Maintenance, hosting issues, API limits, browser differences, and third-party service outages may affect the platform.
N. Limitation of Liability
StudyVerse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, StudyVerse is not responsible for lost marks, missed deadlines, study stress, device issues, loss of data, reliance on incorrect output, or problems caused by third-party resources.
This does not remove any rights you may have under applicable law. It simply means StudyVerse is a planning and learning support tool, not a guarantee of results.
O. Account Restriction or Removal
We may restrict, suspend, or remove access if we believe an account is being used to harm others, abuse the platform, violate these Terms, create security risk, or misuse StudyVerse features.
If you believe your account was restricted by mistake, contact us using the email below and include enough detail for us to review the issue.
P. Changes to StudyVerse
StudyVerse will keep improving. We may add, remove, redesign, or adjust features, subjects, roadmaps, resources, pricing, availability, or limits at any time. We will try to make important changes clear when they affect students meaningfully.
Q. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as StudyVerse changes. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of StudyVerse after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
